SECTION 01

User Accounts & Responsibilities

You may be required to create an account to access certain features of our platform. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information at all times. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access.

SECTION 02

Purchase of Digital Goods

Senu Store provides a fully automated system for delivering digital goods including game credits, diamonds, shells, UC, and other in-game items directly to your game account. Delivery is instantaneous upon payment confirmation.

SECTION 03

Payments & Billing

All prices displayed are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) unless otherwise stated. By completing a payment, you acknowledge that the transaction is final and irreversible once digital goods have been delivered. You confirm that the credit/debit card or other payment method you use is yours, or that you have explicit permission from the card owner. We are not responsible for disputes regarding unauthorized payments made with third-party cards.

SECTION 04

Age Requirement & Payment Authorization

By making a payment on our website, you confirm that:

• You are 18 years of age or older, or have obtained full consent and authorization from a legal guardian.
• The payment method you are using belongs to you, or you have explicit permission from the owner.
• You are fully authorized to initiate this transaction on the payment method being used.

Payments are not permitted from individuals under the age of 18 without guardian authorization. You accept full legal and financial responsibility for all transactions completed on this platform.

SECTION 05

Parental Responsibility & Minor Usage

Senu Store recognizes that gaming platforms attract younger audiences. However, our services involve real financial transactions and all purchases must be authorized by an adult.

SECTION 06

Strict No-Refund Policy

All payments are final. Because digital goods are delivered instantly and automatically, transactions cannot be reversed except as described below.

When a refund will be issued (system fault only): a full refund will be issued only if our automated delivery system fails to credit a correctly entered, valid Player ID (UID) due to a verified technical fault on our end.

Please review your order details carefully before completing the payment. Once digital goods are delivered, the transaction is complete and our obligations are fulfilled.

Stolen Card, Theft & Unauthorized Payment Use

If you make a payment using a stolen card or a family member’s card without authorization, you are fully responsible for the consequences, including potential legal actions. We are not liable for fraudulent activity or unauthorized charges resulting from such actions.

SECTION 09

Security, Privacy & Prohibited Conduct

We take the security of your payment details seriously. Your information is processed through a secure, encrypted payment gateway. You should always keep card details confidential, avoid sharing OTPs or security codes, and immediately report suspicious activity to your bank.

You agree not to:

• Use a stolen, unauthorized, or fraudulently obtained payment method
• Claim a refund through false claims of non-delivery
• File unjustified chargebacks against delivered orders
• Use the service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
• Compromise the security or integrity of our platform
• Use another person’s account or impersonate another user

Violations will result in immediate account termination, a permanent ban, and potential legal action.

SECTION 10

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms — including fraud, chargebacks, unauthorized payments, or prohibited conduct. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind. While we strive for reliable uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.

SECTION 12

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Sri Lanka.

Intellectual Property

The Senu Store name, logo, and website content are the intellectual property of Senu Store. Game-related trademarks and in-game currencies are the property of their respective owners. Senu Store is an independent third-party service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any game developer unless expressly stated.

Acceptance of Terms & Contact

By completing a transaction on our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with the payment.
